Field Alliance and ICERD support the Department of Education and Training Hanoi, Vietnam to organize a workshop Linkage and colaboration between the Community Learning Center (CLC), school and society in training, safe production, and use of food safety products, Hanoi 27/12/2018.

Participants were 200 people who are leaders of Hanoi Department of Education and Training, Education and Training Offices of 4 districts (Me Linh, Soc Son, Dong Anh, Hoai Duc), leaders and officials of 88 Community Learning Centre (CLC) of 4 districts (Me Linh, Soc Son, Dong Anh, Hoai Duc), leaders and teachers of semi-boarding schools of 12/30 districts of Hanoi, companies providing biological products for the safe farming, Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) of Hanoi.

Participants came together to share the results of the safe production; Thailand’s Experience on connecting CLC’s safe prouction and market access, Thai School’s lunch Improvement; ICERD’s experience of pesticide risk reduction and promote ecological agriculture, market link; participants were also raised awareness on application of alternatives chemical in safe vegetable cultivation introduced by Vietnam National University of Agriculture.
